We want every family to love their LumiBoard™. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 60 days of the delivery date — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

1. Email us at support@cosmodyshop.com with your order number and the email used at checkout.
2. Our team will reply within 24–48 hours with simple return instructions.
3. Once approved (and the item is received where a return is required), your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us within 60 days with a photo or short video. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. You will never pay return shipping for a damaged or defective item.

Returns

Where a return is required, items should be sent back in their original packaging where possible. Return shipping costs for non-defective returns are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late or missing refunds

Refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear depending on your bank. If it has been longer, first check with your card issuer, then contact us at support@cosmodyshop.com and we will trace it immediately.

Order cancellations

Need to cancel? Email us as soon as possible. Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched (typically within 2–3 business days of ordering).
