Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. You can also track your order any time via the Track Order page.
Delivery times
- United States: 3–5 business days — FREE standard shipping on every order.
- United Kingdom: 6–10 business days.
- Australia: 7–12 business days.
- Europe: 6–12 business days.
- Canada & rest of world: 10–22 business days.
Delivery estimates start from the dispatch date and exclude weekends and public holidays. Estimates are provided in good faith and occasional carrier delays can occur, especially during peak seasons.
Address changes
Need to change your shipping address? Email support@cosmodyshop.com within 12 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
Lost or stuck packages
If your tracking has not updated for 7+ days or your package appears lost, contact us — we will investigate with the carrier and, where a package is confirmed lost, send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
Customs & duties (international orders)
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import taxes or duties levied by the destination country. These charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
